1. The three shafts are exclusively protected by full dust and water-proof process to ensure that the guide rail, gear and rack are free from  dust and waste cutting, and the service life of accessories is extended.
2. The lathe bed is made of high-quality steel structure and welded seamlessly. The gantry is processed by the machining center after being reinforced by the large tube to ensure  the gantry has sufficient stability in the processing process.
3. High precision rack and pinion drive, equipped with high-power 7.5kW water-cooled spindle, large cutting force, high efficiency, suitable for long-time engraving.
4. The cable of the whole machine adopts CNC special high flexible anti-interference cable
5. lt adopts Taiwan linear square guide rail, double row and four row sliding blocks. with large  bearing capacity, stable operation, no shaking and vibration, high precision long service life and accurate cutting.
6. This equipment is CNC digital control, with the function of power-offmemory, with the function ofknife breaking and carving after power failure.
7.  Automatic oil lubrication svstem is adopted to maintain the slide guide rail bv itself and the whole machine is free of maintenance.
